FIRESTORM 24-7 is the newest Franchise in the fire, hurricane, & water damage restoration market. Whats unusual about this franchise is they target the multi-family, apartment & commercial markets. FIRESTORM has existing relationships with 12 of the Top 50 Property Managment Companies in the United States. Firestorm has a 24/7 dispatch center that monitors fires, floods, hurricanes, etc. and when an event happens they contact the property managment company for work. They e-mail you this information. You can locally monitor home fires in your area.
About 1 year ago Firestorm had Microsft design a costing program that is provided to all franchisees.
Important to you is the low start-up costs $49,000 with a total financial commitment of $60K to $120K (which includes the $49K franchise fee. Liquid capital needed is only $10K. Each territory is up to 1 million people. Best yet is many customers will also have you perform other work while you are at the location so you pickup those additional revenues and profit dollars - oh yes you can sub that out.
You can work from your home and sub-contract out the work. You solicit the local subs. Firestorm talks with you every Thursday for 30-60 minutes discussing your operation, issues, etc. They even have a paralegal on staff to help with any General Contractor License requirements.

You attend a 5-day training session in Scottsdale Arizona where you are taught by each of the department heads. They install the software in your laptop and get you up and ready to go when you get back to your area.
